YOUTH PROGRAM
In partnership with San Bernardino County's GenerationGo!, Pathways Management Group works with at-risk and disconnected California youth to help them prepare for the future. Participants gain access to leadership training, work-based mentoring, internships and paid work experience, as well as basic education, educational competency classes, tutoring and recreational activities.
The Youth Program helps guide young people on their way to becoming self-sufficient and productive community members by helping them earn a high school diploma or equivalent, transitioning them into higher education and placing them in employment.
